my monitor wrongly adjusted

okay so i was turning off my monitor when i accidently pressed the auto adjustment button. i was like oh well but when i came back i noticed that there are some spots that are blurred and low quality. something like that. i tried to reset it but it still had those blur spots. infact right now as im typing them some words are blurred while others are just fine.

Try 2 disconnect the monitor from the computer and the power. connect again and c what happens.
U can allso try and change the refresh rate.
to do that right click on desktop properties --> settings (a tab) --> advanced --> monitor
there u can change it.
