i installed a setup for a pest capture program. the aplication has 0 bytes but i cant delete it. it says it is being used by another program. what can i do?

I see you've posted this basic question in the Malware forum. Please be patient. Wait until you get the "all-clear" from them before pursuing this any further, as the problem may be resolved once Malware is done with you.
