Hello, I can not seem to get into safe mode. I use a wireless keyboard and mouse. This has happened before, but before I just used a wired keyboard and it would work. But now it's doing the same thing that my wireless keyboard does. When I try it with the keyboard, after pressing F8 it has no connection after having the options to go into safe mode, safe mode with networking, ect. Don't understand why my wired keyboard wouldn't work. I tryed having the keyboard plugged before I turn the PC on, still no go. May need a bio update? I don't know. If someone can help me with this situation that I'm awfully stuck in. I'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You can get to SafeMode this way

Click Start>>Run type 'msconfig' click OK
Click on the BOOT.INI tab
Check Safeboot and click OK

The driver for your keyboard isn't loading for some reason
