Has anything been installed / uninstalled.
When did the probem start?
Any new hardware.

Some reading I found that its HP drivers needs reinstall.
Someone else fixed the same error by uninstalling Mcafee.
Yet another did a restore to before the problem.

I'll check the history as to when it started but no new hardware that I'm aware of was installed or removed.

OK...I found that someone posted the same problem I am having. I put in bold the only slight difference.

Microsoft Visual C ++ Debug Library
Debug Assertion Failed
Program:C:\hp\drivers\hplsbwatcher.exe
File: c:\program files\microsoft visual studio.net2003\vc7\atlmfc\include\atlfile.h
Line: 188
Expression: m_h_!=0
For info on how your program can cause assertion failure, see the Visual C++ documentation on asserts.

My computer just fixed that problem.

I'm not entirely sure about what was wrong, eh...

What Virus Scanner do you have? Because I had two, TWICE

And both times that happened until I got rid of the Windows one.

If you have two (Namely McAffee and AntiVirus-1)

Do a virus scan with McAffee, because it said AV-1 was infected and once I found a way to delete it...

It went away.
