I was online viewing an exercise demo video (my first mistake!) on Windows Media Player, and suddenly the screen went blank (blue) and I can't get it to do anything. Ctrl, Alt Del does nothing; turning the power off does nothing; waiting for the automatic shutdown (after 10 minutes or something like that) does nothing. What shall I do?

Thanks!

if you hold the power button down log enough it should shut down

Then unplugg it from the wall and take battery out hold power button and for about 30 seconds to let all the static out and try to turn it back on

Thanks. That worked. I guess I was just afraid to hold the power button down long enough. Now I know. Thanks again!
