SLOWWWWW msn homepage loading

For two weeks, MSN and all associated pages (MSNBC) have suddenly slowed to a crawl, even slower than dialup. No one at Microsoft, or Roadrunner, can help me. AOL, (were I go to check email) is the other site that is slow. MSN is my homepage. This is going on in BOTH IE6 and Firefox.
Everything else that I browse loads at the normal speed. My modem is delivering correct speed. I have a XP SP2.
