im not sure if im posting this in the right place so, my apologies. i am running windows 2000 professional. i had the computer re-formatted a couple of months ago. since then all the audo/vidoe playback is played as if its slightly faster than normal. all songs sound like chipmonks and a minute video or song will last about 40 seconds or so. can anyone help me resolve the problem? i dont know where to start. i tried disableing the sound card, reboot, enable the sound card, then reboot again and still the same problem....thanks guys (and gals) for any and all help,
Jay
