Computer freezing up..

Hi,
The problem i have with my laptop is that as soon as I log in (once i've shut the comp down and started it again for the hundreth time) it freezes.. before I can open any programs, before I can press the start button. The mouse still moves, but nothing else seems to function.. nothing comes up in safe mode.. and sometimes the Blue Screen comes up.. please help This is a major problem and I need it fixed rite away!

You stated that you rebooted the PC a lot of times. Did this problem occur after restarting it a couple of times?

well it occured after i set in hibernation for the night.. then come morning.. no matter how mny times I rebooted the computer it froze everytime.. so I need a solution as to what to do...

I hope that the reimagin my comp is not a final solution.. as there are any programs on teh computer I wish to save.... but am unable to do so as I said before the computer freezes before anything can be opened...

Could you post what the Blue screen says in order to determin the problem?

At this point all I can say is that it says - physical memory dump. More info to come soon.
