Temporary IE folder Missing

Some how i got rid of my Internet Explorer Temporay folder.
Now some Programs wont work.
How do i get it back without reformating?

Have you tried system restore? (Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore

If that doesn't work try the System File Checker. Start -> Run, at the command prompt type sfc /scannow
