Everytime I log onto the laptop, a message comes up about AOL. It says that some file ee://aol/imAPP is missing or can't be located. It also says Errorcode: 10. I have no clue what any of that means. Do anyone know how I can fix that? I would go online on their but the internet won't connect. I had to use the cd to reinstall the Windows Service Packs.

This could be due to some corrupted files in AOL or Windows. Try uninstalling AOL and installing it. If that does not help then try running this command from Start->Run
sfc /scannow
This should replace any corrupted/missing system files and will hopefully fix things. You may need your Windows disc in your CD drive for this.
