missing INS5576._MP

had musicmatch jukebox installed, suuddenly would not open, tried to reinstall,installshield goes to about 99% then get message about INS5576._MP. what is this and how do i fix. thanks for any info. mrvince

I would go into Add/Remove programs in Control Panel and remove that jukebox. Then reboot and re-install it. Perhaps download a fresh copy and install it....
