I cannot upgrade to IE7. I am unable to complete installation, and the help provided by microsoft has not helped. Thanks

The following conditions (where relevent to you) must be met before installing IE7:
1. Antivirus on-access scanner must be disabled.
2. Realtime ant-spyware applications must be disabled.
3. Any currently installed version (for example, a beta or RC version) of IE7 must be uninstalled.
It may also help if, before the installation starts, you deselect the option to "download latest updates........"
as that was the only way I could get it installed, despite being on broadband. It just gave up.
