I haven't used my laptop in a couple of days and I had no problems with it the last time I used it, but i tried a few times to boot up my computer. The Sony Vaio screen that displays right before windows is bright, but when Windows boots up, the screen is very dark. I tried to boot up the computer in safe mode, but I get the same results. What is wrong with my computer? If you have any answers, please email me. Thank you.

curious, on the keyboard there are normally 2nd function keys marked in blue, have you put the screen brightness to minimum by acident

it's not the brightness keys.
