Need to find the right replacement Motherboard

Ok, my motherboard went kaput on my old compaq presario 3040se and I need to find a replacement that will work with all the other parts of hardware that still work.

You will probably have a hard time finding a P4 478 motherboard that will fit. The best you can probably do is these.

All the 478 motherboards are disappearing since they have quit making them.
