Whenever I open AOL or any Quicktime application, Win Patrol tells me that it is trying to get into my startup menu. I answer NO, but 5 min later it comes up again. I dont want them to be behind the scenes, but how do I stop that from happening?

I have 2 computers, 1 never had that happen and the 2nd one has it happening 20 times a day.

What do I do?
