Hi muhammad jamil 
Try this Start > Settings choose Taskbar and Start Menu and choose the settings you like.

To change the theme, right click over the Desktop area (be sure the mouse cursor is not over an icon), choose Properties. The first tab is Themes, with a drop-down box that allows you to change the theme.
