Help on upgrading laptop video card

Just curious on how to go about this. I've never worked with laptops much, and I have no idea about upgrading laptop video cars. My sister's laptop is a Toshiba Satellite A105-S4254. Right now, we just have the integrated mobile intel 945gm chipset. I'm not even sure if you can upgrade this laptop's video..

You cant upgrade the graphics cards on the majority of systems including that one, you can now get external video cards but im not sure how practical they really are.
