i am trying to load a D-Link Air Plus G wireless desktop adapter in my Dell computer but the computer keeps locking up everytime I put it in?????
I am using a dell computer. The wireless link works fine on my other Dell.

Is this for a desktop or laptop? In the install guide it expressly states you MUST install the software before installing the card. Have you done this? If so, then you probably have a bad card that won't even let the computer boot up.
