GPU OVERHEATING HELP!

These are my temp specs from everest



Temperatures
Motherboard 38 °C (100 °F)
CPU 40 °C (104 °F)
Aux 17 °C (63 °F)
GPU 56 °C (133 °F)
GPU Ambient 36 °C (97 °F)
Seagate ST380011A 31 °C (88 °F)

and this is all while ONLY running everest

How can i get my GPU temp down...already dusted and cleaned it....
any ideas / products out there that can help me?
im tired of my computer crashing when i play games

Hi and welcome to Geeks to Go. Have you considered adding more case fans? A good scheme is to have an air intake fan in the front of the case, and an exhaust fan out the back. My main rig uses one intake fan at the front, a side fan intake, two exhust fans at the back.

well im getting a new case soon so thats out of the question...
plus ive taken out a few drive bay covers in the front and put a pretty [bleep] powerful house fan right there for an intake...its on high...

That GPU temp isn't too bad. Don't worry unless it gets over 80C under load.
