I just built myself a new computer... She's a [bleep] of a machine, but tempermental..

Here are her specs.

-Asus P5W DH Deluxe Mobo w/ wifi
-Corsair 2x 1 gb ram stick, ddr2, 800mhz
-intel core 2 duo 6600 ( 2 x 2.4ghz with 4mb cache)
-2 x WD 320gb SATA2 hdd's
-2 x Samsung DVD burners
-ATI Sapphire X1950 PRO 512 MB

All these components are new.

So, like the title says, I've got a Bad Pool caller problem... here is the precise stop code.

0x000000C2 (0x00000007, 0x00000CD4, 0x0142B0405, 0xE1D34710)

Happens on shutdown, either regular shutdown or reboot...

Thanks! :whistling:

Well, scratch my last. I tried hunting down the problem, but it simply was causing too many crashes, my other drivers were starting to go too, specifically the sound driver, speakers buzzing like mad as if they were busted..

Did a fresh install of XP, and now I'm taking it step by step, see if I can find out which of my programs (if any, I didnt reinstall ALL the asus drivers, just the one i needed) is the culprit.
