ipod video transfer

hey, I need an app that can transfer videos to my Ipod, or even better if somebody can tell me how to do it manually, I have tryed just making video folders inside of the ipod drive hidden controls folder and stuff and I even name my folders weird and it makes a link directly to the artists. Liker everybody else: I hate Itunes. I couldnt even transfer my videos to the ipod after converting them to mp4 and also converting them to ¨Ipod¨ files with win avi And yes. It is a video Ipod

Also I believe WMP 11 can be used for video transfer to another device, though not sure if iPod is one of them.
