i have linux on my flash drive can it be loaded to another computer via flash drive??? If so how!!!

You are not asking a good question without explaning what you have or what you are trying to do. You might read this article.

Do you have a bootable linux system on the USB drive or just a ISO image?

A liveCD on a flash drive can use any computer to boot from as long as the computer is set to look to the USB drive to boot from first. It does not even use anything of Microsoft to boot.

An ISO needs to be burned to a CD and then use the CD to install the linux OS. It will probably ask you to partition the drive so you can have a linux partition that is not part of windows.

We need more information from you about this.
