Harddisk Issue

I have a 80GB harddisk and all of a sudden, from 80gb it became 10gb. What seems to be consuming up all the free space? Can anybody here give me a solution? Thanks!

Click start, my computer, double click local disc C

Right click each folder, click properties, the windows and programme files folders will take a minute to show their size on disc

See if any are larger than expected
