Unfortunately my mother would post this herself because she wants an answer pretty soon since her PC takes about 2 hours to start up. OK first we have replaced almost everything its not windows its not HDD its not power supply its not sound or graphics. I was thinking CPU but the computer does start up after awhile. Its an old PC with a 400 MHz processor. I know its not enough to run windows but its only just starting to happen. ANY suggestions on how to fix this will be greatly appreciated.
