alright i got myself a decent board http://www.ecs.com.t.../...D=7&LanID=9
i found that board and got it for a mere 30bucks it has overclocking in bios too, it does support my cpu and ram aswell

Just my personal opinion.
I think you have made a better deal with the Biostar VIA chipset motherboard. Over the years i have had 10 or 12 SIS chipset computers. All them are gone now. I have a intel 440 BX chipset running Windows 3.1 that is still running. I also have a VIA chipset motherboard runing a Pentium 3-450 CPU that is still running. The SIS chipset MB's just don't seem to last and i have always had some problems with them reacting with installed programs and crashing. So, i personally stay away from usig SIS chipset motherboards.

SiS had horrid AGP chipsets, but Via's were rock solid.
ECS made some of the lowest quality AGP motherboards in existence.
Generally, you should never skimp on the motherboard, as it's the one piece that holds your system together.

my board says it supports ddr 333 but im going to buy my friends 512 pc3200 ddr400. will my board just underclock it? its a samsung
