I reformatted my PC and There seem to be something wrong with the sound device. i don't kno what to do . is there any thing you could do to help?

We will need to know what kind of sound is on your computer. Is it on-board, or a sound card? If it's onboard what kind of chipset do you have on the motherboard, or what kind of motherboard is in the computer. Is this a factory built computer? With more information we can find the drivers you will need.
