This hijackthis log has stumped other forums, anybody for a challege?

Hi everybody. I've posted this on other forums, and although a ton of people have viewed it, nobody has replied or offered any ideas. I'm guessing that it's a tough one? Here's hoping there's a genius reading this that can help us.

My pc was first infected with Ultimate Cleaner, then it got worse from there. My desktop went black, and said that I had a virus on the pc. I'm running Trend that will find a Trojan downloader and remove it, but it seems to keep coming back. I've run ad-aware, spybot, ewido, Microsoft internet scan, etc... I keep finding spyware on my pc but it will not remove them all. I finally can get out to the internet again, but when I reboot I receive a blue screen of death that says "Fatal system error c000021a". When I log back onto my pc, I get a error that Winlogon.exe cannot start. My mapped network drives were disabled, but I was able to get that restored. Here's my hijack this log:
