[CONNECTICUT]

Hello-
I'am trying to install Norton on my computer and when the CD Startup comes up I click Install Norton and nothing happens, however I can click View Browse CD and it shows me all the files. I'm thinking there is a virus on my computer not allowing me to install this. Can someone please help me?!

Hi Ct. Miekiemoes cleaned you up yesterday and I looked at your log. It appears you have some Norton remnants in there already. Did Norton come with the machine? Did the Norton CD come with the machine? If so, it may have expired by now. There are free anti-virals you can try. AVG/Grisoft is one of those. LMK.

yea it is about to expire...i am trying to uninstall it but when i click uninstall nothing happens, the hour glass appears then goes away......i wanna remove it completely from my system and get something new. any suggestions on why it wont uninstall?
