itunes will not install correctly

Itunes and Quicktime will not install- I keep getting a message that itunes must close for no apparent reason. Sent error report to microsoft- the MS website said there is no know solution

Itunes was working but not sure what happened?

Help!

I have the same problem, I wonder if yours got fixed yet guessing from the number of replies I assume not.

Anyhow most problems can be fixed by installing your quicktime as a standalone not bundled with your itunes download.
