in add/remove i have - microsoft .NET framework 1.1 and microsoft .NET framework 1.1 hotfix.
also listed is microsoft .NET framework 2.0.
Can i delete both 1.1 versions ?
On microsofts update site, version 3.0 is available if i download this can i remove 1.1 and 2.0 and the hotfix ?

Probably not for a while because programmes still use 1.1

If you do uninstall any version then a programme will tell you if it needs it to run
