Ive been looking around these forums and it seems many people have encountered this problem. I dont even know how to get my Hijack this log or whatever. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Like I said im quite computer illiterate Thanks.

Hi kinkbmxco and welcome to the forums!

You are running HijackThis from the Desktop; please create a new folder for it and move the program into the new folder

Please download and install AD-Aware.
Check Here on how setup and use it - please make sure you update it first.

Important Step
1. Go to Start->Run and type "Services.msc" (without quotes) then hit Ok
Scroll down and find the service called:
Remote Procedure Call
When you find it, double-click on it. In the next window that opens, click the Stop button, then click on properties and under the General Tab, change the Startup Type to Disabled. Now hit Apply and then Ok and close any open windows. If you don´t find this service listed go ahead with the next steps.

Run CWShredder to fix your CWS problem.

Please set your system to show all files; please see here if you're unsure how to do this.

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following, making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = about:blank
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page =
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FBE2FA5F-7935-0120-3FB8-49D74C7057E5} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\addcz.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sdkte.exe] C:\WINDOWS\sdkte.exe

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Reboot into Safe Mode: please see here if you are not sure how to do this.

Scan with AdAware and let it remove any bad files found.

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders, and delete them:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\addcz.dll<--delete this file
C:\WINDOWS\sdkte.exe<--delete this file
C:\WINDOWS\mfcub32.exe<--delete this file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mfcji32.exe<--delete this file
Exit Explorer.

Clean out temporary and TIF files. Go to Start > Run and type in the box: cleanmgr. Let it scan your system for files to remove. Make sure all are checked and then press *ok* to remove:

Reboot into normal mode.

Please run the following free, online virus scans.

Please post the logs From Panda virus scan and HJT.log we will need them to remove previous infections that have left files on your system.
