new computer slowed down?

i bought this computer about a year ago now and it has been running great and now in the last three weeks it has really slowed down. it takes about 10-15 seconds from the time i double click an icon to the time the program or item starts/appears. i thought at first it was a virus so i ran avg, avg malware, adaware se, and spybot search and distroy and all to no avail. can someone please help. here is the hijack this log.

here is the hijack log without startup mechanic. also startup mech says that the msconfig that is shown is some kinda virus. i donno but sure could use some help
