I fail to establish a connection with programs like limewire and bit pump. I guess its because of my firewall? The thing is, is that i've shut down norton, zone alarm and my windows firewall and they still wont connect. Is there anything else that could be blocking these programs from connecting?

I don't think we're allowed to speak about those types of programs, since they are used mainly for pirating.

Sorry, but I mean we just aren't allowed to talk about how to pirate, and pirating tools, etc. Well, Limewire is basically used for pirating. Sorry.

Also, that means all P2P Programs.

Hi dookie270. Geeks To Go do not provide assistance with P2P questions!

We do not support P2P applications at this site.

Now I'm sure you want to know why, please read post #4

No, its a BitTorrent client, but we cannot discuss that if you're going to use if for piracy, becuase there is really no other way to use BitTorrent, but for piracy.

NO matter what you plan to use it for, this site does NOT allow discussion of or support of ANY p2p type programs...including Torrents. The reasoning is that since it CAN be used for illegal activities, we will not provide the information that unethical people need in order to make it work for them. :whistling:
