My Landlord is offering me internet from a netgear wall-plugged bridge. Can I use my wireless router with it to have wireless in my apt??

It depends on where your landlord is vs. where you are. If the distance is too far, then it might not work or might not work well.

You can connect your wireless router to the netgear router in your landlord's place and see if it works. The netgear should be configured to use DHCP to assign an IP address to the WAN port of your wireless router. You may need to configure your wireless router, depending in the current settings.
