Yesterday my computer started acting funny. Basic functions on it like messengers wouldnt' load properly. I thought there might be spyware or viruses so I downloaded the programmes you recommended and ran them. One of them (AVG) found a worm, but said it deleted it. Afterwards, I ran the pandasoftware scan and it seemed to find nothing at all. According to all of the spyware programs everything should be hunkey dorey.

Unfortunately, everything isn't. I'm still having problems connecting to the internet. Webpages are still timing out, my messenger takes at least four tries to log in. At first I thought it might be my internet connection, but my cable seems to be running fine, so there's no reason for my internet to be timing out.

Also, my CPU usage meeter keeps jumping from 2% to ridiculously high numbers like 77% randomly. I tried a system restore as well but nothing seems to work. Here is my hijack this log:
