I was installing some game software after my windows vista install and my dvd drives no longer show in "my computer". In device manager little yellow triangles appear. Windows tells me 'Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)'

I have re installed the dvd drives, re booted and removed programs but no luck so far. Any Ideas on how to resolve?

Try this CDGone patch - It's in G2G Downloads!

Don't overlook the System Restore option. Chose a date before the problem started.
