System Boot up Problem

I have no idea what this code means. I have files that I need to retreive off of this system and the listed code comes up when I try to boot my system. It appears as though it is going to load and then the "NTLDR is missing" message comes up. Any help getting around this so that I can get my system up and running would be appreciated.
