What is the clock speed and FSB speed do they say?

a 2600 should have a clock speed of around 1917mhz and a FSB speed of 333mhz.

a 2500 should have a clock speed of around 1883mhz and a FSB speed of 166mhz.

if it shows the former, then for some reason it just doesn't recognize the name for some reason, but the processor is working properly at 2600 speeds (in this case, you shouldn't worry about it). if it shows the latter, then your 2600 is running at 2500 speeds.

Yeah it shows 1912 and 333Mhz so I guess I should just ignore the fact it cannot recognise the name XP2600 and forget about it then.

Thanks for your help dude :whistling:
