I have recently received this error message after I boot up. Here is the message:

No debugger found. : Registered JIT debugger is not available.
An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in
an error code of 0x2 (2). Please check computer settings. cordbg.exe !a
0x1148

Click on Retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger
manually. Click on Cancel to abort the JIT debug request.

So far I have done the following:

1. Open IE > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > put a check mark on disable script debugging
2. Used AVG antivirus scan
3. Used AVG spyware
4. Used ATF cleaner

Error message still appears after log in??? Please advice asap
