i went to the school technicians and they fixed the problem, thank you; but now i face another problem. my Pc took hours to boot XP, and when it finally loaded the sound was choppy and my laptop was reeeally slow. i instantly thought of a trojan or something, but strangely AVG did not warn me about any viruses. after running panda activescan i discovered i was infected with Bck/Webmic.q . Supposedly, it disinfected my computer and i eliminated the virus from the _restore by deactivating and reactivating System Restore. I am now running Activescan another time just to make sure, but my computer is still slow and sound is still choppy (note that i haven't rebooted my laptop since the scan ended). If the problem still persists, would u be so kind as to help me fix it?
Thanks
EDIT:
After rebooting my laptop was still slow.
Im at school right now and i talked to my computers teacher... my computer is still slow and she told me that it probably had something to do with me having 2 windows files, which made my computer boot both files when windows loads and that may be the reason it takes hours for XP to load.
when i insert %windir% the WINDOWS.0 files opens.
this is the log from Startup and Recovery, and after looking at it i believe that in fact that is part of the problem because it shows both operating systems.
[boot loader]

[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS.0="Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect
