I have removed multiple trojan viruses from my machine using the tools outlined on this site including TDS-3, Karpersky, Ad-aware, and Registry Mechanic. The performance of my computer is better but still slow. I cannot remove the hidden 'RECYCLER' files from my internal and external HDs.

The folders both contain a file named 'S-1-5-21-1214440339-484763869-854245398-1003'. These files have icons that look like recycle bins.

Any attempt to delete these returns a file cannot be acessed error.

The Hijack this log is:

Hi jefander and welcome to the forum

Download and unzip cwsserviceremove to your desktop. use either link below:
cwsserviceremove
cwsserviceremove.zip

Download CW-Shredder at the link below:
CWShredder
Run CW-Shredder - Hit the FIX button - let it run and fix what it finds.

You are running an out-of-date version of HijackThis; can you please download a new copy (there is a link in my signature), unzip it, and replace your existing copy with the new version.

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following, making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = http://red.clientapp...//www.yahoo.com
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://red.clientapp...//www.yahoo.com
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
O16 - DPF: {6C275925-A1ED-4DD2-9CEE-9823F5FDAA10} (F5 Networks SSLTunnel) - https://vpn.compucom...=5400,0,50131,1
O16 - DPF: {9600F64D-755F-11D4-A47F-0001023E6D5A} (Shutterfly Picture Upload Plugin) - http://web1.shutterf...ds/Uploader.cab
O16 - DPF: {E0FF21FA-B857-45C5-8621-F120A0C17FF2} (F5 Networks Host Control) - https://vpn.compucom...=5400,0,50124,1

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Double click on the cwsserviceremove and when asked to merge say yes.

Reboot into normal mode.

Download the Hoster from here Press "Restore Original Hosts. and press "OK". Exit Program.

Please run the following free, online virus scans.
http://www.pandasoft...n_principal.htm
http://housecall.tre.../start_corp.asp

Please post the logs From Panda virus scan and HJT.log we will need them to remove previous infections that have left files on your system.
