I have just tried installing Vista on my laptop and when nearly at the end of the installation when it reboots it bluescreens! The error message doesn't stay up for long but it is something to do with SCSI/RAID controller. How do I find out which one I have and how do I update it? I had a similar issue with my desktop and XP a while ago and when i install XP I have to install the RAID drivers from a floppy before the windows setup starts.

Can someone help me?

TIA

You install the raid/scsi drivers the same way you do during an install of XP, which is done during the installation of Vista. Check out the following link, paying close attention to steps #14-19...
