Photoshop Missing Keystroke

Hi, could someone help me out. I've adobe creative premium cs2 installed and previously photoshop 7, and the same problem keeps coming back. My shortcut key strokes for tools selection is missing, I've tried going into preferences to select different settings but still useless.

Any suggestions?
