I am getting a message that says runtime error when I start AOL and it asks if I want to "debug'". When I click yes, "Windows Debugger" comes up and I do not know what to do next.

The AOL homepage should have a download button for the browser, it should have instructions in their help section or e-mail their technical support

This is the link for the UK download for AOL and I guess they have the same for your location
