Hi,

I used to use "WHOIS_com" to look up the country of origin of an ISP.

Now they are no longer offering that.

Where else can I look up originating country of an ISP for an IP address found in an e mail by looking up received from ?

Thanks

I have never used this program, but try this:
WhereIsIP Tool

"WhereIsIP is a powerful and interesting internet software that helps you find out the geographic location of an IP address, domain name, ICQ contacts, website, e-mail sender and more. "

I quoted that from the website.

Haha, yea, no doubt. I was recommended that website before, around a year ago, and I completely forgot about it. I am glad you brought it back to our attention(s).

Guess what.

That is the site I have been using but recently they added membership requirement at the top of the page & I did not see the fine print.

But according to your suggestion, today I looked at the bottom of the page & found it again.

Really appreciate your suggestion & will read the whole page now.

Nice to hear my screw up helped others too.

Thanks again dsenette
