Please help with spyware infestation

I have been trying to remove various spyware junk from my friend's machine and have not been successful. I've used HijackThis, Spybot and so on, following instructions in this forum and elsewhere, to no avail. I'm posting my most recent HijackThis log file, in the hopes that someone can give me a hand.

I should note that I am also experiencing the same DrWatson Postmortem Debugger issue as several other users, whereby I am not able to open any files or folders from the desktop or windows explorer.
