This is no big deal but in my TOOLS pull down window is an entry for Party Poker and I want to remove it.

How would I be able to accomplish that?

Do you have a good registry cleaner? If not, download CCleaner. The registry section prompts you to back it up before fixing the problems.

Also, double check Add/Remove Programs for Party Poker.

In Internet Explorer, click Tools menu, Manage Add-ons. Do you see anything for Party Poker? If so, highligh it, and click Disable.

Please post the results.

Well, look at this link that deals with removing Party Poker via a registry edit.

** Use extra care when editing the registry. Always export the key and save it to your desktop before making changes.

Did that help?

On the old computer we had that icon it stayed there even after we uninstall party poker
so i was dealing with some other issues and keith asked me to post a hijack log in the malware forum
after doing so and getting cleaned up it got cleaned out

So if you want it removed just post a highjack log in the malware forum and not only you get clean up from malware but the party poker icon will go as well

so post a highjack log in the malware forum three day wait maybe sooner

http://filehippo.com...oad_hijackthis/

then go here

thats if you did get rid of it
