Can somebody tell me how i would transfer Outlook express (old version) email and preferenses to Outlook 2003,xp, ect... It would also be helpful to know how it can be done vise versa. If someone knows how all this can be done it would be most helpful for me in the future. thx.

Click file then import and export then choose between mail and server settings or mail and addresses

I think you would then use OE to import back as Export in Outlook is for files
