Lately, I couldn't start my Apache HTTP Server, it says, some other program may use the same port. I managed to find out that backweb-7681197.exe uses the same port. Strangly, in Windows Task Manager after I end this process, it restarts in no time.

Some mention, that this is an automatic update program, used by F-Secure (my firewall, virus shield, ...) and it can be disabled from startup, but I can't find it.

I've run all the programs you advised in the sticky-read first forum - so I can provide the log files -, but the problem is still here.

Alright, this issue is not in connection with backweb-7681197.exe and Apache is now running fine.
