I am running a dell latitude desktop with 1gb of ram. 2 ghz processor and a Nvidia QUADRO NVS 110m. I tried getting the next Direct X but i do not know where to extract the files. Did your dell come with the Nvidia QUADRO NVS 110m when you bought it? I have never heard of that game can you post the min specs required to run the game?

Edit: I just googled dell latitude and I saw that it was actually a laptop line and not actually a desktop pc. Your graphics card has only 64mb of RAM and is not designed for gaming which could be the cause of your problems.
